• We will call you back and confirm your details, saving you the cost of the phone call
• Customers with hearing or speech difficulties can use the additional notes section for special requests such as ‘Please only communicate by text message’ on the App
• When help is on its way, you will receive a message confirming who will be attending and how long they will be.
